Vata Vriksha Admissions – Terms and Conditions

1. No refunds will be provided for any payments.
2. Fees must be paid by the 5th of the previous month for both monthly and termly payments.
3. Termly payments are due in April, July, and October for existing admissions.
4. Termly payments are due in May, August, and October for new admissions.
5. A late fee fine of ₹1000 per day will be applicable for delayed payments.
6. School fees are calculated for 10 months, not 12 months.
7. Fees include food, festival celebrations, incursions, and excursions.
8. Additional charges may apply for Sports Day and Annual Day celebrations.
9. A registration fee must be paid to block your child’s seat.
10. The school supplies and maintenance fee must be paid to confirm the child’s admission.
11. A digital or physical invoice will be generated only upon request by the parents.
12. ProEves enrollments must pay the registration fee, school supplies, and maintenance fee upon confirmation of admission.
13. The school reserves the right to make changes to academic calendars, including holidays, incursion and excursion dates, fee structures, safety and privacy policies, and other matters related to school operations as deemed necessary.
14. Activities such as extracurricular classes, workshops, or any other child-related programs conducted outside the core academic curriculum are independent of the regular operations of the school.
15. All decisions made by the school management regarding any aspect of school functioning shall be considered final.
